Salary: $73,900–$98,500 annually

What you will do

• Supervise daily activities for a banking services team handling incoming client calls and service requests.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee development support.
• Manage scheduling, performance processes, workforce planning, and compliance with wage and hour regulations.
• Process client transaction requests received by phone, fax, email, or mail.
• Support operational improvement initiatives, special projects, and team engagement activities.
• Prepare operational updates, performance metrics, and status reports for leadership; participate in interviewing and hiring recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience in a banking services environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience managing daily operations and contributing to projects within the area of expertise.
• Ability to implement, monitor, and enforce processes supporting compliance, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Strong listening, communication, interpersonal, and developing leadership skills.
