Bilingual Spanish - Client Experience Associate (Banking)

Location: Riverside, California, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $37,125–$61,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers about financial transaction options, products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and support proactive and outbound sales conversations.
• Apply banking product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately while following policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required for the role.
• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma, GED, or university degree is not required; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Ability to provide accurate customer service, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems.
• Ability to understand customer needs, support sales conversations, and apply banking product knowledge.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
