Client Experience Associate (Banking)

Location: In-office in Hillsborough, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $40,500–$67,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options, banking products, technology, and available resources.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate banking opportunities to branch staff.
• Support lobby engagement, proactive sales conversations, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Complete teller, branch operations, and maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently while following policies.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or comparable product knowledge and education.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no college degree is required.
• Customer service, banking, client loyalty, and proactive sales skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of banking products, digital tools, customer needs, and fraud detection and prevention.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
