Member Service Representative (Financial Services)

Location: Highlands Ranch, Colorado, USA; onsite

Salary: $19.95–$21.72 per hour, plus incentives and an annual 3% target bonus.

What you will do

• Provide accurate and professional face-to-face member transactions, including new account creation and account and card file maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products and services and make relevant referrals across lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, and business banking.
• Maintain a cash drawer in accordance with cash control procedures.
• Follow credit union policies, service and safety standards, BSA requirements, and CFPB regulations.
• Complete required job training and meet service and performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery is required.
• Strong member-service, communication, attention-to-detail, and transaction-accuracy skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling physical money directly with members.
• Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of sales experience.
• Experience using 10-Key by touch.
