Client Service Associate (Banking)

Location: Durango, Colorado, United States; on-site retail branch role

Salary: $16.87–$22.77 per hour

What you will do

• Process prompt and accurate financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Profile new and existing customers and recommend tailored bank products and services.
• Open new accounts and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, customer issues, and referrals to bank departments.
• Protect customer information, maintain security, and follow applicable regulations.
• Support branch goals and participate in local community and bank-sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential customer information securely.

Nice to have

• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience.
