Global Trade Program Manager - C-TPAT (AI)

Location: San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters, California; secondary location: Irvine Office, California. Onsite role.

Salary: $98,000–$130,700 per year.

What you will do

• Design, lead, and continuously improve global customs trade programs covering CTPAT/AEO, supply chain sustainability, record retention, and compliance assurance.
• Drive CTPAT Trade Compliance certification and support global sites with AEO certification and renewals.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, internal controls, regulatory filings, and certification-readiness activities.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools, dashboards, and analytics for compliance monitoring, risk scoring, regulatory change tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Logistics, Legal, IT, Finance, business units, suppliers, brokers, and government agencies.
• Develop training, playbooks, e-learning content, executive reports, and business cases for additional customs programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing global supply chain trade programs, including hands-on experience in at least two relevant program areas.
• Deep knowledge of CTPAT, AEO frameworks, international trade security, customs regulations, classification, and valuation.
• Experience building programs from the ground up, creating governance frameworks, obtaining certifications, and scaling operations.
• Experience working with customs authorities such as CBP and international regulatory bodies.
• Strong program management, risk management, executive communication, analytical, and change management skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Licensed Customs Broker, Certified Dangerous Goods Professional, PMP, or related trade, sustainability, or program management certifications.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or other technology-intensive supply chains.
• Knowledge of GHG Protocol, CDP, EU CSRD, ESG reporting, TMS, trade platforms, or ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for document review, risk scoring, regulatory tracking, or automated reporting.
