Business Analyst (Powersports)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $73,200–$96,100 per year

What you will do

• Analyze market, consumer, competitive, sales, and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved profitability.
• Develop weekly and monthly insights covering performance, asset utilization, sales trends, ROI, and outfitter performance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, operating review recaps, and recommendations for leadership.
• Use external databases to evaluate outfitter sales performance and asset utilization in support of rental and revenue strategies.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to analyze customer-journey insights and inform planning, offerings, and marketing programs.
• Support enterprise reporting standards, business cases, improvement initiatives, project coordination, and industry research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, D&IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience with SQL queries, data modeling, data visualization tools, and business analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake and Python.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and qualitative research, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Travel may be required up to 10%.
