Product Strategy Analyst II

Location: Onsite at the Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois; planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in early 2027.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver advanced analytics and financial insights supporting pricing, inventory, and program-level decisions.
• Identify key drivers, interactions, and non-obvious trends in complex datasets.
• Design and execute moderately complex analyses for open-ended business problems.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, scalable data tables, and data quality controls.
• Standardize KPI definitions and metrics across the Distribution division.
• Partner cross-functionally, lead knowledge-transfer sessions, document analytical solutions, and recommend next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, finance, operations, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently structure and execute analyses.
• Ability to translate data into business-relevant insights and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI or analytics tools such as Domo, Power BI, or SQL.
• Ability to work onsite in the Wood Dale office and adapt to a traditional business environment.
