Business Analyst Sr (Small Business): Developing digital banking capabilities and improving small business products through business requirements analysis, process modeling, and stakeholder collaboration with an accent on workflow analytics, reporting, and business process design. Focus on translating business needs for technology teams, performing gap analysis, and solving moderately complex process and requirements challenges.
Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY
Base salary: $52,500–$105,000 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do
- Research, collect, interpret, and document business requirements for small business products and digital banking capabilities.
- Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, procedures, and reporting.
- Consult with business clients on business design, problem solving, and analysis supporting project management.
- Partner with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technology teams to translate business needs into requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and facilitate future-state business process modeling.
- Maintain applicable policy and procedure documentation while supporting risk-aware business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with business requirements analysis, business processes, process management, and project management.
- Skills in analytical thinking, consulting, problem solving, data and process modeling, and effectiveness measurement.
- Ability to support customer-focused decisions and manage risks within business objectives.
- Must work in an in-office setting in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analytics, management reporting, prioritization, and the waterfall model.
- Knowledge of software product business concepts.
