Salary: $89,360–$134,040 annually. Geographic-specific ranges include $98,320–$147,480 and $102,800–$154,200.

What you will do

• Map and document end-to-end front office processes across deal sourcing, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and investment decision-making.
• Assess inefficiencies, manual bottlenecks, data-flow gaps, and opportunities for AI-enabled workflows and tools.
• Develop and prioritize process improvement plans with objectives, milestones, resource requirements, and expected business impact.
• Evaluate eFront, Snowflake, Power BI, and related front office systems to recommend automation, configuration changes, and workflow redesigns.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and define investment metrics that support portfolio management and senior leadership.
• Configure eFront, support users, maintain AI-ready datasets, and document analytical methodologies, assumptions, data standards, and repeatable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, data science, computer science, financial engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in a quantitative, analytics, investment-focused, or business analyst role.
• Experience improving business processes in an investment management, asset management, or financial services front office environment.
• Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, structured process improvement, stakeholder facilitation, and change management.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and dbt; experience with Python and advanced Excel modeling and validation.
• Ability to interpret, validate, and explain complex quantitative results and present recommendations to technical, non-technical, and senior leadership audiences.
