HR Programs Project Manager

What you will do

• Run HR programs from planning through completion, creating project plans in monday.com, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and addressing roadblocks.
• Manage multiple programs, deadlines, vendors, surveys, systems, communications, and partners simultaneously.
• Develop, launch, and report on associate engagement and HR feedback surveys.
• Improve recurring programs by simplifying processes, enhancing associate and manager experiences, and automating manual work.
• Use AI, automation, monday.com, and other technologies to streamline workflows and organize information.
• Track participation, adoption, completion, feedback, and other program metrics while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Internal Communications, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects or programs with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and moving parts.
• Strong organization, prioritization, follow-through, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take ownership, identify next steps independently, and use sound judgment with sensitive associate, performance, compensation, and engagement information.
• Confidence working with technology and interest in using AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Continuous-improvement mindset and ability to keep partners aligned.

Nice to have

• HR or People program experience.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as monday.com.
• Experience with HR platforms and survey tools.
