Senior Analyst, Regulatory Affairs (Animal Nutrition)

What you will do

• Support regulatory compliance activities for animal nutrition products across Latin America.
• Prepare, maintain, and update documentation for product registration, renewal, and lifecycle management.
• Assist with regulatory dossier submissions and follow-up with local health and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct regulatory and safety reviews of ingredients, formulations, claims, and labels.
• Support innovation projects and product launches by identifying regulatory requirements, risks, and documentation needs.
• Monitor regulatory changes, maintain technical documentation, and track activities in regulatory systems and databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• 2–4 years of Regulatory Affairs experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 1–3 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs within the animal nutrition industry, ideally in Latin America.
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, product registration, compliance management, and regulatory change management.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent Portuguese, working knowledge of Spanish, and working knowledge of English required.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing or quality teams.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical internal guidance.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
