Contracts Analyst 1 (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain client contracts for clinical research projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to define appropriate contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate, develop, and revise contracts, related budgets, and scopes of work.
• Ensure scopes of work are accurately reflected in budgets and study contracts, including approved changes.
• Act as the primary customer interface for small to mid-size projects and support senior team members on larger projects.
• Project manage the contracting process through timely contract execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, business management, or a related field.
• At least one year of direct contracts experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong project management, negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required for collaboration with a global team.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; the resume/CV must be submitted in English.

• Knowledge of the CRO, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
