Legal Specialist – Contracts & Fintech

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global clients and strategic partners.
• Provide legal support during contract negotiations while balancing legal risk and business objectives.
• Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and daily business matters.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure legal consistency and operational efficiency.
• Improve legal processes, templates, and best practices within the Commercial Legal team.

Requirements

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience in payments, banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to explain legal concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• High autonomy, accountability, ownership, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with global technology companies or cross-border operations.
