HR Services Advisor (Germany)

Location: Germany — remote

Base salary: from €41,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation, leave, and offboarding, in line with local requirements.
• Provide HR guidance to clients and workers on policies, employment matters, and German HR practices.
• Coordinate with HR Services, Payroll, Benefits, and regional teams to deliver accurate and timely services.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and reporting while protecting data privacy.
• Support payroll, benefits, audits, and monthly HR processes with accurate inputs.
• Address client queries, identify risks, and contribute to process improvements, HR projects, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of German employment practices, labour law, and HR compliance.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes and HRIS or HR systems.
• German at B1/B2 level and fluent English are essential.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
