What you will do

• Own 300mm semiconductor process integration from technology transfer and customer engagement through production.
• Transfer technologies including 55BCDLite and eNVM into manufacturing.
• Collaborate with process module and reliability teams to drive process solutions.
• Drive technology cost reduction, process convergence, and yield improvement.
• Develop and deliver advanced technologies for mass production using quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills, including schedule, scope, and cost trade-off management.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Background in FEOL, MOL, and BEOL process development and characterization.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem solving.
• Experience working with diverse teams, clients, and internal and external partners.
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
