Process Integration and Yield Technician (Semiconductor)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. Hybrid work model with regular on-site work at the assigned hirify.global site; compressed schedule of three consecutive 12-hour days plus one additional day every other week.

Salary: $51,710–$99,770 USD annually for this hourly role.

What you will do

• Assist engineering with creating, modifying, and troubleshooting material-flow routes using in-house software.
• Collect and record data during development of next-generation semiconductor technology.
• Analyze database reports to support route modifications and disposition of out-of-control material.
• Help execute experiments and apply science, mathematics, and engineering to development problems.
• Support wafer movement activities by periodically gowning and entering the factory.
• Work in a lab and manufacturing environment while coordinating with a diverse engineering team.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a STEM discipline and two years of industry experience, or a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline relevant to the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to work a compressed schedule with three consecutive 12-hour shifts and an additional day every other week.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication, multitasking, critical-thinking, analytical problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Coding skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
• Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
