Location: Hybrid position based at the Mooresville Distribution Center, 2633 Westpoint Blvd, Mooresville, Indiana, United States

Salary: $68,702–$123,700 per year

What you will do

• Create distribution strategies through optimization analyses of supply, demand, and operational constraints.
• Analyze distribution facility performance and present actionable insights to associates, operators, and facility leaders.
• Create dashboards and reports that help operations teams activate improvements effectively.
• Define meaningful KPIs with leadership and operations stakeholders.
• Build maintainable data sources and monitor data accuracy across analyses, reports, and dashboards.
• Make proactive recommendations, track action items, and drive execution of optimizations and new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of relevant analytics experience; a master’s degree with 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience may substitute.
• Three years of experience with data visualization software, SQL in a business environment, warehouse management system database tables, and Excel models using date/time formulas, pivot tables, and XLOOKUPs.
• Two years of experience creating reports and dashboards, defining data analysis metrics, making recommendations, and driving execution of data-based optimizations.
• At least one year of project management experience, including trackers, timelines, and project intake requirements.
• Experience presenting plans and concepts to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
