Supply Chain Analyst (SQL)

Location: Hybrid role based at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $68,500–$87,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Planning and Allocation and Supply Chain leaders to solve high-impact operational problems involving inventory and product flow.
• Build analytical tools, frameworks, models, and analyses that guide supply chain decisions at scale.
• Write SQL queries and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
• Support root cause analysis for out-of-stocks, inventory imbalances, and distribution center performance issues.
• Translate complex data into clear summaries, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Improve inventory productivity, supply chain efficiency, and sales across the BJ's network while maintaining data accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• 0–2+ years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role, including relevant internships or academic experience.
• Experience or interest in coding and modern analytics tools such as Databricks and Tableau.
• Curiosity, a growth mindset, and the ability to investigate problems to their root causes.
• Clear, proactive communication and effective collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Availability to work in the Marlborough, Massachusetts office three days per week.
