Pricing Analyst (Logistics)

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 remote

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus eligibility for monthly performance incentives

What you will do

• Deploy pricing strategies across existing and new contract business.
• Develop enhancements to the contract pricing engine.
• Implement yield strategies at load, lane, and account levels.
• Analyze seasonality, price modeling, lane-level performance, and truckload cycle dynamics.
• Coordinate RFP pricing between Sales and Operations and support reporting deadlines.
• Manage dashboard reporting and data integrity in Snowflake and Tableau.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in pricing, pricing analysis, or a related quantitative role.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, leadership, and/or analytics strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and nested formulas.
• Experience with database management and organizational reporting; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• BS/BA degree in supply chain, economics, business, mathematics, or a related discipline.
