Sr. Analyst, OEM Customer Success (Automotive)

Location: Remote, USA; domestic travel within the United States for on-site consultation may be required up to 60% of the time

Salary: $76,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze automotive industry trends and OEM quality and warranty data using business intelligence tools such as Palantir and Tableau.
• Perform complex data manipulation and develop repeatable, scalable analyses.
• Act as the primary customer success analyst and trusted advisor for assigned OEM clients.
• Support warranty benchmarking, cost and frequency reduction, and root cause analysis.
• Lead client onboarding, training, discussions, and presentations for users and executive stakeholders.
• Produce analyses on competitive dynamics, industry trends, and changes in OEM warranty strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive product planning, quality, product development, retail sales, reporting, consulting, or data and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive-level audiences.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Master’s degree or higher.
• Experience with Python, Spark, SQL, and combining data from multiple sources and dimensions.
• Previous leadership experience.
