Material Coordinator (SAP/Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, components, and finished products between production areas and external warehouses.
• Assign storage locations and maintain accurate product locators for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Manage material requisitions and sequential delivery schedules based on job priorities and material availability.
• Inspect delivered materials for conformity to production specifications and prepare job packets according to bills of material.
• Complete inventory cycle counts using SAP and track labor, material usage, and monthly production variances.
• Support continuous improvement, 5S, standard work, safety, and clean-workplace activities.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating materials and inventory in a production environment.
• Ability to manage incoming and outgoing material flows and production delivery priorities.
• Ability to use SAP for inventory cycle counts.
• Ability to follow standard work, safety procedures, and required personal protective equipment practices.
• Ability to contribute effectively to a team and maintain an organized work environment.
