Operations Generalist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate inventory management, order processing, and supplier communications.
• Support production scheduling and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and compliance protocols.
• Contribute to procurement, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic, on-site working environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware, electronics, or manufacturing production.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement.
