Supply Chain Specialist (Advanced Electronics)

Location: 100% onsite at the Towanda, Pennsylvania facility; priority is given to candidates within daily commuting distance.

What you will do

• Monitor customer orders and fulfillment activities to identify supply and delivery risks.
• Escalate at-risk orders and coordinate timely resolution with Product Management, Customer Service, Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
• Execute customer segmentation and order prioritization strategies.
• Resolve order exceptions through rescheduling, substitutions, partial shipments, inventory reallocations, and revised commitments.
• Provide accurate order status updates and delivery commitments while maintaining ERP and planning system data integrity.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and customer requirements; support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and monthly planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, demand planning, customer service, order management, fulfillment, or related operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, materials, or semiconductor-related industries.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and customer fulfillment operations.
• Experience analyzing fulfillment metrics and driving process improvements.
