Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On site in Pasadena, Texas, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored financing solutions throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships while supporting individual and branch goals.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly and accurately.
• Multitask, adapt to changing demands, and deliver timely customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on site in Pasadena, Texas.
• Goal-oriented approach and motivation to achieve results.
• Ability to educate customers about loans, terms, and available options.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
