What you will do

• Respond to customer needs and provide accurate, timely service using available banking resources and tools.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
• Perform teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and related banking operations.
• Support sales, retention, segmentation, and other initiatives that contribute to banking-center growth and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, bank policies, audits, and operational requirements.
• Assist with supervising, coaching, motivating, and onboarding banking-center colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Customer service and needs-based banking sales experience; 3–4 years is preferred.
• Up to 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, support teamwork, and create a positive working environment.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
