Banking Center Senior Relationship Banker (Fintech)

Location: BC Forest Hills East, Forest Hills, New York, United States; onsite banking center role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support banking center sales, customer service, P&L management, operations, and employee development.
• Assume responsibility for the banking center during the manager’s absence and maintain a strong client experience.
• Process routine banking transactions and prepare client information for account opening.
• Build customer and community relationships through networking, prospecting, and lead-management tools such as Salesforce.
• Support client segmentation, sales, retention, growth, profitability, audits, and operational standards.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure compliance with federal and state laws, bank policies, and branch evaluation requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various banking centers within the region.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
