• Use Microsoft Office and database systems for administrative work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, business administration, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Alternatively, 2–5 years of relevant case management or social work experience.
• Strong organizational, administrative, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience handling sensitive information and financial transactions accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
