TL;DR
Business Analyst (Digital Assets): Bridging business requirements and technical execution for digital and traditional asset platforms with an accent on crypto, capital markets, custody, and integration specifications. Focus on discovering requirements, designing workflows and APIs, refining MVPs, and validating platform releases through functional testing and UAT.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 times per week.

What you will do
- Lead requirement discovery and impact analysis across DeFi and TradFi.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, technical artifacts, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop process models, data flows, and API and platform integration requirements.
- Gather requirements for crypto projects and collaborate with Innovation and Value Proposition teams.
- Support UAT, release readiness, production validation, and functional testing.
- Help define and refine MVPs while applying Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and IT process knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong experience with capital markets, including securities lifecycle, trading, and custody.
- Hands-on experience with digital assets, crypto custody, wallets, or trading platforms.
- Knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, DLT platforms, tokenized assets, RWA, and digital securities.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with Agile business analysis, requirement translation, user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with API integrations, system interoperability, institutional custody platforms such as Fireblocks, BitGo, or Anchorage, and trading or custody data analysis.
