Business Analyst (Agile)

What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements.
• Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and business rules.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, Product Owners, and Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Clarify requirements during development and contribute to continuous improvement of applications and processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on software or application development projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Experience working with developers, architects, testers, and other technical teams, including functional understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and UAT.
• Strong English communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder-management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale enterprise or public-sector systems in procurement, finance, grants, or programme management.
• Experience in international or EU organisations and scaled Agile environments such as SAFe or LeSS.
