Technical Project Manager - Program & Contract Execution

Location: Alexandria, VA, United States. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of assigned projects, including budget, scope, schedule, quality, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, end users, internal teams, and executive and senior stakeholders.
• Develop work plans, schedules, estimates at completion, resource plans, and status reports based on contractual requirements.
• Track project performance, analyze issues, provide guidance, and direct problem-solving activities.
• Manage staffing and workload forecasting and coordinate with Project Controllers on financial requirements.
• Support business development through networking, program capture, and proposal development.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong project leadership, execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work across multiple business areas and in diverse team environments.
