Project Manager Infrastructure (TravelTech)

Location: Hybrid, across Mexico; office-first work model with flexibility to work from another location for up to 60 days per year depending on the role.

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day execution of expansion and infrastructure projects, tracking progress against critical paths.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action items, follow-up logs, project trackers, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Identify, document, and escalate risks before they affect project timelines or delivery.
• Coordinate tasks, dependencies, assigned workstreams, and external partners.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate.
• Provide structured reporting to the Expert Project Manager and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in an office-based, cross-functional environment.
• Working knowledge of critical path methodology, structured risk management, and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated advanced Excel and project management tool skills, including MS Project or an equivalent.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong organization, ownership, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple complex projects.

• PMI certification or formal project management training.
