Senior Cost Manager - Utilities (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Draft commercial documents, variations, and contractual correspondence.
• Manage contract and purchase order approvals, including tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee project spend through valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations.
• Manage contract lifecycles and coordinate payments in line with contractual terms.
• Support project decision-making through accurate cost documentation and timely communication.

Requirements

• Experience supporting commercial or cost management activities in complex construction or development environments.
• Specific experience in utilities or the data centre sector.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
