What you will do

• Execute end-to-end procurement for complex, high-value materials, components, and services.
• Negotiate and administer purchase orders, agreements, change orders, and requests for quotation.
• Lead supplier selection, site visits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve invoice discrepancies, receiving issues, and disputes.
• Maintain compliant procurement records and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams while driving cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in strategic procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and with complex programs or engineered products.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and demonstrated negotiation results involving cost savings or value creation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a US Person; the role may involve access to export-controlled information and additional security screening.
