Salesforce Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite travel to Falling Waters, West Virginia at least twice a week. All work must be performed in the United States.

Salary: $81,499–$138,549 per year for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Analyze DHS business processes, identify pain points, and gather requirements for a Salesforce-based solution.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and system requirements for Salesforce Government Cloud and low-code/no-code development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Create process flows, requirements specifications, user guides, gate-review deliverables, and other project documentation.
• Support user training and adoption of the new Salesforce system.
• Contribute to federal security, cybersecurity documentation, ATO approval, and DHS acquisition lifecycle gate reviews.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience, including at least one Salesforce project.
• Public Trust or active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. residence, and authorization to work in the United States required.
• Must have lived in the United States for three full years out of the last five years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with user training, technical documentation, federal government clients, DHS or DoD projects, and data migration.
• Understanding of DoD and federal security standards and experience supporting ATO processes.
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification, or meaningful Trailhead badge attainment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce functionality and supported use cases.
