Data Center Cost Manager (M&E, Consultancy)

Location: Port Dickson, Malaysia; client-site, on-site role

What you will do

• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Prepare cost documentation and communicate timely information to support project decisions.
• Manage tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Monitor project spend through valuations, cost reports, and variation management.
• Support the resolution of construction disputes, loss and expense claims, commercial matters, change orders, and contract issues.
• Assist with final accounts and claims to help clients achieve best value.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects, ideally including large-scale or data center projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management, quantity surveying, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with teams and clients.
• Availability to work on-site at the client location in Port Dickson, Malaysia.
