TEG Equipment Engineer (Contract)

What you will do

• Mentor Equipment Specialists and strengthen the capabilities of the Technical Equipment Group.
• Improve the efficiency, quality, and productivity of manufacturing equipment processes.
• Drive systemic fixes to improve USDT and MTBA for the KuAT module.
• Develop hard-down fix strategies for equipment issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Use data analytics to communicate complex information and support actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Technical degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of factory operations experience; engineering experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, critical problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, drive performance indicators, and operate in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; experience dealing with people is an advantage.
