Business Online Sales Developer

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. Full-time, first shift in Mexico.

What you will do

• Build and execute online business plans and quarterly and annual 4P plans for retail accounts.
• Define portfolio strategies across 1P and 3P offerings, commercial calendars, promotional plans, and sales-in and sales-out targets.
• Improve online shopper experience through indexed content, hot spots, ratings and reviews, cross-selling, and Omnichat.
• Track weekly and monthly business performance, including market share, stock availability, sales, assortment, share of shelf, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze competitors, propose initiatives to accelerate sales out, and optimize retail media plans and investments.
• Work with the Country Leader, Retail Account Manager, KAM, and Online Country Leader on account execution.

Requirements

• Experience with online sales and retail account planning.
• Ability to develop and execute commercial, portfolio, promotional, and investment plans.
• Experience analyzing market share, inventory, assortment, pricing, promotions, competitors, and digital share of shelf.
• Ability to work with online retail and shopper experience tools.
• Must work in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico, on the first shift.
