People Insights & Total Rewards Manager

What you will do

• Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health.
• Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead total rewards analysis, including equity administration, cap table forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and rewards engagement analysis.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on workforce plans and program improvements.
• Use AI tools efficiently while validating results and maintaining data quality.
• Surface emerging risks and opportunities related to talent pipelines and reward programs.

Requirements

• 5–9+ years of experience in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Hands-on equity administration experience with Carta or a similar platform, including cap table modeling.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies such as Pave, Radford, or Mercer.
• Experience working across HRIS, engagement or performance platforms, and ATS systems as a power user.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written English and the ability to work autonomously across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rippling, Lattice, or Lever.
• Experience partnering with Recruiting or Learning and Development on analytics-driven programs.
• SQL or basic scripting skills.
• Experience supporting a multi-country workforce, including EOR arrangements.
