Senior Project Controls Manager (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Evaluate data management processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with external partners.
• Prepare monthly executive and project status reports, schedule updates, and project risk updates for key partners.
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and project costs to ensure the best value for clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience implementing cost and schedule management processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structures and project coding structures.
• Experience in project controls, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Availability to work on-site in Groningen, Netherlands.
