Project Management Associate (Data & Analytics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Travel is required as needed to support client engagements.

What you will do

• Support client engagements across digital transformation, technology, data and AI, digital commerce, customer experience, and business transformation.
• Manage workstreams and smaller projects against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Develop project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and governance activities.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and decisions, escalating delivery concerns when required.
• Support Agile delivery, change management, business readiness, proposal development, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, PMO, delivery management, consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery, or a related role.
• Experience supporting projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of project planning, governance, scheduling, RAID and dependency management, budgeting, reporting, and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with digital transformation, enterprise applications, digital commerce, data and AI, cloud, ERP, CRM, customer experience, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, computer science, project management, or a related discipline; professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Foundation certification in PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Change Management.
• Knowledge of Dutch or another European language.
• Awareness of PMO governance, financial tracking, resource planning, and portfolio reporting.
