Supervisor Project Management

What you will do

• Lead the Project Management Unit and supervise daily operations, resources, performance, and staff development.
• Coordinate PMT activities throughout the full project life cycle, from team establishment through off-boarding.
• Lead project control activities covering procurement, contracting, finance, IT, HR, invoicing, taxation, and compliance.
• Manage purchase-order material expediting, inspection requirements, internal procedures, and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate legal entities, service authorization, commercial discussions, reporting dashboards, and administrative support for projects.
• Represent the company on applicable projects and conduct PMT visits, progress meetings, and alignment sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferable.
• More than 10 years of broad and deep project management experience.
• More than 6 years of experience planning, managing, and organizing resources within established policy frameworks.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, coaching employees, and building organizational capability.
• Experience with project controls, procurement, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and coordination across Finance, HR, IT, authorities, and project stakeholders.
