Deployment Manager (Robotics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; on-site five days a week

hirify.global develops and deploys in-house robotics and software for autonomous construction, manufacturing and operating robotic systems on construction sites.

What you will do

• Plan deployment logistics, including robot and crew allocation, subcontractor coordination, daily operations and unit economics.
• Lead construction-site teams, coordinate with general contractors and stakeholders, and represent the company in customer-facing interactions.
• Build operational systems that improve deployment efficiency, processes and margins.
• Own deployment P&L, model scenarios and propose improvements to unit economics.
• Support existing customers, develop new construction projects and explore adjacent product lines.
• Support hiring and interviewing robot and deployment operators.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, commercial work, project delivery or running a company.
• Experience in chaotic operational environments such as startups, construction, logistics, last-mile delivery, e-mobility, offshore or field services.
• Native Dutch speaker required.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading people, crews, shifts, teams or subcontractors.
• Strong operational, analytical and project-management skills, including P&L modelling and spreadsheet-based planning.
