Digital Services Area Service Manager (HVAC)

Location: Carrollton, Texas, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday and flexibility to choose the work location on Fridays. Travel to customer job sites is required, including outdoor areas and mechanical or equipment rooms.

Annual base salary: $98,200.00–$177,870.00. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Lead profitable growth and market adoption of connected services within building automation service operations.
• Own P&L responsibilities, revenue forecasting, budget control, margin performance, cash flow, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee service coordination for emergency repairs, maintenance contracts, scheduled work, upgrades, installations, replacements, and long-term agreements.
• Partner with sales, acquisition, fulfillment, and management teams to grow service agreements and turnkey repair, installation, and service revenue.
• Attract, coach, train, and develop service employees while improving customer service, technical capabilities, utilization, and operational processes.
• Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance for work performed in the shop and at customer sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, technical systems, equipment, skilled trades, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules.
• Project management skills for successful project execution, startups, and customer requests.
• Technology proficiency with Microsoft applications; Salesforce and Worksight experience is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work around variable weather, moving mechanical parts, heights, and other changing environmental conditions.
