Technical Project Manager (Intelligent Transit Systems)

Location: United States; fully remote working model with occasional in-person offsites once or twice per year.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus an approximately 20% bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead technical OEM and technology deployment projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, project documentation, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Success, and external vendors.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and third-party partners.
• Support product implementation, testing, validation, customer acceptance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in technical, engineering, OEM, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business communications.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications; a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
