Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Advise business leaders on workforce, talent, organization, culture, and capability priorities.
• Lead strategic workforce and skills-based planning, including headcount, critical roles, productivity, hiring, and resourcing decisions.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, readiness calibration, internal mobility, and critical-role continuity planning.
• Guide organization design, job architecture, operating-model changes, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and change adoption.
• Use employee sentiment, engagement, retention, compensation, workforce data, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled tools to produce actionable executive insights.
• Coordinate HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Legal, Finance, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated people solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required; GPHR is an advantage.
• Typically 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR business partnering experience.
• Experience advising senior executives in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong experience in organization design, skills-based workforce planning, succession, performance, retention, rewards, employee relations, and change.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS, dashboards, analytical tools, predictive people analytics, and AI-enabled HR tools.
