Senior Project Manager, IT - Project, Program & Portfolio Mgmt HQ ERP Project

Location: Remote; occasional travel may be required

Salary: $120,000–$133,600 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage large and complex, multi-platform ERP projects and programs.
• Develop implementation plans covering scope, goals, schedules, and deliverables.
• Scale processes, integrate milestones, and improve productivity, cost containment, and project performance.
• Delegate deliverables, monitor progress against success metrics, and manage business risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional groups throughout project delivery.
• Implement and manage change strategies and plans across the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Project, program, or portfolio management experience involving large or complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of agile best practices and IT ways of working.
• Strong analytical, written, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
• Relevant certification.
