Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager, Away Team

Location: Greenwood, IN; Savannah, GA; Dallas, TX; Nanticoke, PA; or Las Vegas, NV. On-site role with a minimum of 25% travel and potential relocation to a future hirify.global fulfillment center.

hirify.global operates an e-commerce fulfillment network and supports fulfillment-center launches, crisis response, and operational excellence across its facilities.

What you will do

• Lead Area Managers and FC Leads across assigned fulfillment facilities and run day-to-day operations with Site Directors.
• Own safety, quality, delivery, cost, and facility P&L performance during network deployments.
• Deploy to facilities during launches or crises, assess operating conditions, and lead turnaround efforts.
• Plan capacity, space, hiring, and labor requirements for seasonal and inbound-volume changes.
• Develop leaders through individual development plans, delegation, coaching, and talent promotion.
• Partner with People & Culture, Transportation, Vendor Management, and headquarters teams to improve supply chain execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; e-commerce experience is preferred.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including leadership of Area Managers or other salaried leaders across functions or shifts.
• Experience building safety-first cultures and developing entry-level talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or an analytical Business field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, forecasting, scorecards, dashboards, process mapping, and SOP documentation.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time and relocate to a future hirify.global fulfillment center when placed.
