TL;DR
Solutions Engineer (GRC SaaS): Designing and presenting risk, audit, controls, and governance solutions for small to mid-sized customer opportunities with an accent on SaaS demonstrations, discovery, solution architecture, and commercial partnership. Focus on translating GRC challenges into implementation-ready solutions, configuring demo environments, and communicating data flows and integrations to business and technical audiences.
Location: New York, New York, United States, or Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Hybrid work model with onsite work at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a office.
Salary: $75,000–$93,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Partner with Sales throughout the pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities.
- Deliver tailored software demonstrations and explain business value to customer stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions, map requirements to solutions, and define proof-of-concept or sandbox success criteria.
- Design and present solution architectures for risk, audit, controls, compliance, and governance workflows.
- Configure demo and sandbox environments and explain platform workflows, data movements, reporting, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product teams and contribute to webinars, industry events, and thought-leadership content.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Controls, IT Risk, Compliance, GRC, or a related field.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and independently delivering demonstrations or evaluations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to partner with Sales and contribute to commercial outcomes.
- Working knowledge of risk and audit concepts and familiarity with frameworks including COSO, SOX, IIA Standards, ISO 27001, NIST, and CMMC.
- Curiosity, self-direction, openness to coaching, and willingness to deepen technical and domain expertise.
