Principal Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Itasca, Illinois, United States; hybrid work opportunities are available.

Salary: $133,600–$178,100 per year, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, lead, execute, monitor, control, and close large, complex ERP and enterprise projects.
• Develop project strategies, governance models, financial controls, forecasts, risk plans, and change-request management.
• Provide executive-level reporting, workshops, strategic insights, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate Project Managers, Solution Architects, consulting teams, Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support.
• Advance hirify.global implementation methodologies, service delivery practices, tools, and processes across local, regional, and global teams.
• Identify business-development, upsell, success-offering, license, and managed-services opportunities that improve customer value and revenue.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical discipline, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, including ERP implementation projects and preferably full project lifecycles.
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both verbal and written.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, financial controls, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
• Knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, implementation methodologies, and project delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global software and experience implementing hirify.global products.
• Industry knowledge in target sectors and experience delivering a broad range of hirify.global Consulting Services.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
